As announced at Supplementary Budget 2020, PSG will be enhanced to encourage enterprises to continue their digitalisation and productivity upgrading efforts. The maximum funding support level will be raised to 80% from 1 April 2020 to 30 September 202. 

PSG-F&B is a pre-qualified solution under PSG with 80% funding support


Businesses who meet the following criteria can apply for PSG:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Purchase/subscription of IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore
  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding (for selected solutions only)


Here are the steps you can take when applying for PSG:

  1. Access the list of supportable solutions and identify relevant solutions that best suit your business needs.
  2. For IT solutions : Get a quotation from the pre-approved vendor.
    For equipment : Source for the equipment and get a quotation from the vendor.
  3. Submit an application on the Business Grant Portal (BGP). You will need to register for a CorpPass account to transact on the portal.


Yes, the applicant has to be registered in Singapore to be eligible for PSG.

30% of ordinary shares (ultimate individual ownership) has to be held directly or indirectly by Singaporeans/PRs.

Unless otherwise stated, only the actual purchase/lease/hire purchase cost of the equipment or IT solution is supportable and excludes other related administrative fees/charges, e.g. delivery fees, installation.

The holding period for the equipment or IT Solution is 1 year from the date of final claim disbursement.

There can only be one claim per application.
Disbursements can only be made after all the following have been achieved:
a) The claimant has purchased/leased/subscribed to the solution; and
b) The claimant has used the solution; and
c) The claimant has paid for all expenses claimed; and
d) The claimant has submitted all claim documentation

An example of the application flow would be as follows:
i. Submit your interest below
ii. Get quotations (unsigned)
iii. Apply for PSG via BGP (upload all necessary documents)
iv. Await Approval (for assurance before commencing project)
v. Awarded PSG
vi. Purchase solution and implement project
vii. Used the solution, paid for all expenses
viii. Submit claim (with necessary documents)

Food Services that are incorporated on or before 26 May 2020 and have adopted pre-defined categories of digital solutions by 30 June 2021 can receive bonus payouts of up to $10,000.


PSG-F&B qualifies under F&B Category 1 (iii) and Category 2 with $5,000 bonus


Businesses who meet the following criteria can receive the $5,000 DRB:

  • Company UEN fall under the Food Services (56XXX) or Retail (46XXX, 47XXX) sectors as at 26 May 2020
  • Company incorporated on or before 26 May 2020
  • Company have an active PayNow Corporate account (contact us if you don’t)
  • Company is on the Peppol e-invoicing network (contact us if you don’t)


There is no need for you to submit any application form.

Providers of Qualified Solutions will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.

IMDA will credit the Bonus into your PayNow Corporate account according to the categories of digital solutions you use.


Contact us and we will be able to help you with the PayNow Corporate account and Peppol e-invoicing network to qualify.

  • The first enterprises that adopt the pre-defined solutions will receive their first Bonus payouts in August. Those that adopt later will receive their Bonus payouts in later months. IMDA will have a monthly cycle of assessing enterprises’ eligibility for the Bonus and making the Bonus payouts.
  •  Assessment of eligibility for the DRB payouts is based on whether an enterprise has used the solution, regardless of the date when the solution was deployed. 
  • The Bonus payout will be paid through your PayNow Corporate account. You can check your account statement to see if you have been paid.

Yes, the Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB) is an additional incentive for digitalisation during this COVID-19 period. It provides a one-time cash payout for enterprises that adopt a pre-defined set of solutions to uplift their digital capabilities so that they can adapt to safe management practices after the circuit breaker period and be more productive
