Role:

  • Be a master sales person individually and set an excellent example to the team by clocking in consistent sales month after month.

Associate Account Manager / Account Manager

Role:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of the client
  • Lead discussions with clients to scope of project objectives and deliverables

Head of SEO

Role:

  • Build and lead the SEO business unit for us to start offering SEO services to clients.
  • Constantly sell and close clients for SEO (We have a list of 200 clients for social media and live stream, you just need to pitch and successfully close the clients for SEO services)
  • Build a team to fulfill and maintain high standards of SEO according to the latest strategies.
  • You must be able to take full ownership over the results of the business unit. Ensure that the business is profitable and growing along with our other business units.
  • Have an expert level knowledge of SEO and maintain cutting edge strategies by attending courses or learning the latest growth hacks.
  • Lead your team in daily huddles to ensure that tasking is being done.
  • Work with other business units to ensure successful multi channel campaigns.
  • Report to management weekly on progress of the business, growth metrics and a list of other quality metrics.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly strategy with the founder and management team

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in SEO, leading and building teams, driving sales and results for clients
    • Track record of selling and upselling at least $200,000 in SEO service retainers
    • Track record with retaining SEO clients for more than 2 years.

    Sales Executive

    Roles: 

    • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of SME clients through various strategies like, cold calls, networking, referrals, zoom and face to face meetings. 
    • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals. 
    • Report daily and weekly activity and pipeline progress for all sales deals 
    • Update internal metrics and CRMs to ensure pipeline is progressing towards the targets. 
    • We will be giving you digital marketing leads but you are also expected to hunt 25% – 50% of the time.  
    • You will also have a progression to Accounts/Sales Manager and Director if you produce exceptional results. 

      Requirements: 

      • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role 
      • Previous sales track record (Prepare numbers to prove this) 
      • Ex-Bankers, Insurance agents, telemarketers or other roles that deal with high volume of clients are welcome 
      • Experience speaking to SMEs is preferable 
      • Experience selling digital services is preferable 
        Social Media Executive

        Role:

        • Plan, strategies and execute social media campaigns for clients
        • Assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of social media campaigns
        • Use photo and video editing software to create social media content for clients
        • Managing social media accounts of clients
        • Copywriting and conceptualisation of social media posts
        • Coordinate with our internal social media management team to achieve the desired results for clients
        • Analyse statistics of completed social media campaigns for reporting and optimisation
