Course Fees

Company that sponsors their Singaporean/PR staff will receive 90% grant and can also claim Absentee Payroll for the duration of the mentorship.

**Final amount of absentee payroll funding is dependent on the salary of the staff,

Company pays $1,070 nett per staff and can claim up to $540 (72 hours of $7.50) from Absentee Payroll after attending the full mentorship.

Payment is made to SIRS direct, a net payment of $1,070 per pax.

SIRS will invoice your company once we submit your registration.

The ETSP was first introduced by DPM Heng Swee Keat in the Stabilisation and Support Package and
Resilience Budget to help sectors which were directly and severely affected by COVID-19.
Enterprises (SMEs and non-SMEs) in the tourism, air transport, retail, food and beverage (F&B),
point-to-point transport and private hire bus transport, arts & culture, aerospace, and marine &
offshore sectors would be eligible for the Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP), comprising
enhanced AP funding rate and enhanced Course Fee subsidy. 

AP funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when they send their employees for certifiable skills training.

Company will receive 80% of hourly basic salary (capped at $4.50 per trainee-hour) for each sponsored employee. SMEs will receive 80% of hourly basic salary (capped at $7.50 per trainee-hour) for each sponsored employee.

Your company is eligible for AP as long as it is registered or incorporated in Singapore.

  • Trainees must be fully sponsored by their employer for supportable cost components (such as course fees) incurred on the training course;
  • Trainees must be full-time or permanent part-time employees of the sponsoring company;
  • Trainees must continue to receive their salary when they attend training;
  • Trainees must have achieved at least 75% attendance;
  • Trainees must have sat for and passed the examinations/ assessments where applicable;
  • Trainees must complete the course whilst under employment of the sponsoring company; and
  • For training outside working hours, company must have in place a Human Resource (HR) policy which provides for the payment of overtime pay* to employees for these training hours and pay their employees overtime pay for these hours, in accordance with the HR Policy.

Your company may apply through the Entreprise Portal for the programme you attended. The Government will reimburse the absentee payroll.

Our accounts manager will guide you on this process after the whole programme.

Yes, enhanced Course Fee Subsidy and enhanced AP funding is only for SC and PR employees.

The enhanced course fee subsidy is meant to support these selected sectors which have been most directly and severely affected by the economic impact of COVID-19. Companies across all sectors can continue to benefit from the enhanced absentee payroll funding, in recognition of the economy-wide impact of the outbreak.

  • 1 Hour of Onboarding Call
  • 16 Hours of Classroom learning by SIRS & NYP, conducted in 8 hours over 2 days
  • 56 Hours of Mentorship with Next Level SG, conducted in 4 hours every week over 14 weeks

There are four tracks for each staff to choose from. 

  1. E-Commerce Management
  2. Photography
  3. Social Media Marketing
  4. Paid Ads

A mentor from Next Level SG will meet (e-meet) you 4 hours every week. They will run through the practical application of any of the above track and execute the project together.

We strongly encourage every staff to be involved in the implementation phase so that they can grow confidence in the future when they implement on their own.

The mentorship sessions will be allocated before class starts. 

eg. Every Monday 9am-1pm for 14 weeks.

Attendance will need to be taken at every session.

This will depend on the tracks and module. 

Most preparation and coaching will be done online. Mentorship modules that require physical presense will be offline (eg. live streaming)
